DMI’s Grammy U chapter traveled to Memphis Sunday night for a viewing party to watch the 2010 Grammy Awards with other members of the Memphis Chapter of the Recording Academy. Great music, great food, a great time was had by all! The party was hosted by the Hard Rock Cafe on Beale St. Rock on!

Six student songwriters from the Delta Music Institute will be performing original songs this Thursday, November 5, from 7:00 – 9:00 pm at the Bean Counter in Cleveland, MS. DMI’s Classic Rock band, DeltaRoX, has been invited to perform at the 4th Annual Grammy U Kickoff event on Wednesday, September 23, at the University of Memphis. Delta State’s Grammy U chapter is one of the largest in the Recording Academy’s Memphis region. Congrats, DeltaRoX!
